Oral Naltrexone

Oral naltrexone is FDA-approved to treat opioid use disorder in patients who have at least 5 opioid-free days. It can be prescribed after seeing one of our medical providers at a recommended dose of 50 mg to 150 mg a day. The medicine does not require prior authorization. Patients getting oral naltrexone at the Morse Clinics do need to provide urine drug tests and see their counselor at the clinic.

If you have Medicaid or Medicare that we contract with, your services may be at no cost to you. If you have other insurance or no insurance, the cost is $250/month plus the cost of the medicine or your copay which may vary with your insurance at the pharmacy of your choice. You would need to pay in advance.
You could easily switch to methadone or the sublingual buprenorphine in our OTP seamlessly in our OTP after seeing one of our medical providers again.

This is the best methadone clinic I have been in. The staff cares about you. Thanks for opening a clinic in Henderson.
