Michelle Kornegay, LCAS, CCS

Michelle Kornegay serves as the CEO of Morse Clinics, bringing extensive leadership experience and a deep commitment to addressing the opioid crisis. With a background in addiction services and program management, Michelle has been instrumental in expanding access to evidence-based treatments across the Morse Clinics network. team, where she serves as the Medical Director and provider of Morse Clinics of North Raleigh and Johnston Recovery Services. Board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine, Dr. Green brings over 15 years of expertise in treating emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, including medications for opioid use disorder treatment (MOUD), to support patients on their journey to recovery. Julie Gochnour, MD

Dr. Julie Gochnour is board-certified in Addiction Psychiatry and General Adult Psychiatry, specializing in providing substance use disorder treatment for individuals with co-morbid mental health disorders. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Gochnour is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based treatments to individuals overcoming substance use disorders and other psychiatric conditions.
